If You Don't Look After These 5 Things You're in Trouble
We all want to look and feel fantastic. And we all want to get that way without changing anything we are doing right now.
I'll admit to you right off the bat that I am not perfect at any of this (except at making a blow-your-mind pumpkin hummus and a to-die-for detox clay mask), but...
There is no shortcut.
If you want to glow. If you want to radiate health and happiness. You've got to walk the talk. 100%.
(Well, almost!)
The thing is... You can't cheat nature.

It's all about balancing out 5 aspects of your life....
Food - your food choices, the quality and purity of those choices and how it is prepared.
Movement - your choice of exercise and quantity (hint... too much isn't good either!)
Water - what you are primarily made of, so make yours the best you can get.
Rest - no, it's not a contest to see who can do with the least.
Mind - you have a lot more control over this one than you ever thought.
They are each equally important, and if you drop the ball on one of them, the others suffer.
I know we hear over and over again that we must achieve balance. And, you know, for ages I wondered what the heck people meant by that. Well, I think it means that we are paying attention to all these aspects of our life equally and not letting any one of them get out of hand.
That is not to say we (I!) do this perfectly all the time. Holidays happen. Pushes at work happen. Ha... kids happen. But, my point is that, you may tip over a bit, but you get back on track and balance back out.
